Ring Pincushion Giveaway Winner

A while back I hosted a ring pincushion giveaway and announced the winner on my blog.  I notified the winner and waited, and waited.  Nearly three weeks later and still not hearing back from this person, it became clear to me that they were no longer interested in receiving their prize.  I decided to re-draw and came up with a new winner, congratulations Megan!

New Product Giveaway

I am introducing a brand new product to my Etsy Shop this week- adjustable Ring Pincushions and I am giving one away!

At Stitch Nerd Sewing Supply I sell custom extra-large pressing hams, handmade tailor’s pressing hams & seam roll sets, pincushions and other sewing-related items.  I enjoy working with uniquely printed wool and cotton fabrics, and recycled leather. Below is a sampling of what I make and stock in my shop.

I am doing a giveaway of a ring pincushion and this will be a unique item that no one else can purchase from the shop. It is made from a cute yellow striped fabric, filled with silky fiber-fil and topped off with a cute white flower button.  The pincushion sits atop a recycled white leather leaf and it is attached to a bronze-toned adjustable ring.  It weighs less than half an ounce, and it is a slightly oval shaped pincushion measuring approximately just over 1 1/4″ x 3/4″ high.

This is a really convenient item to have in your sewing room especially when you are fitting a garment for someone.
